"I ordered a few things the delivery…"
I ordered a few things the delivery took way longer than they said it would. The tracking barely updated, so I ended up having to keep checking and chase it up myself, which was annoying. That said, the items were fine when they finally arrived, so I guess it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, the shipping part really could’ve been better.

I had a good experience overall. There was a nice selection to choose from, and I found a few things I liked, but there were also some items I was hoping to see that seemed to be missing. Still, it was worth checking out.

"Smooth checkout, slight delay"
Checkout was really easy overall, which I appreciated. To be fair, the only issue was that the page loaded a bit slowly, but once it came up everything went through without any hassle.

"Packaged well, no problems"
I ordered from guinnesswebstore.com the packaging was good. The box was sturdy, everything was wrapped properly, and nothing showed up damaged or all over the place, which is all I really care about. There was way too much extra paper in there, and I don’t exactly have the patience to dig through a mountain of packing stuff, but I’d rather deal with that than broken items. Overall, happy with it

"Payment worked, but the site was dragging"
I ordered from guinnesswebstore and the payment did go through in the end, so I’ll give them that. But the page took way longer than it should have and just sat there loading like it was thinking about its life choices. For a minute I wasn’t even sure the order had worked. I did get the confirmation after a few minutes, so it wasn’t a total mess, but they definitely need to make the checkout smoother.

"Slow delivery and unclear updates"
My delivery took way longer than I expected, and the updates were really lacking. I kept waiting around with no clear idea of when it was actually going to show up. When I tried to get more information, I felt kind of passed around instead of getting a straight answer. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

As someone who actually jumps on restock alerts right away, this was frustrating. I got the notification, opened it up, and the item was already gone again.

"Fair shipping, with one small hiccup"
I ordered a few Guinness bits and was actually happy with the shipping cost. I expected it to be higher since branded stuff can sometimes get pricey, but it felt fair overall. The only thing I’d say is I still wish shipping in general was a little cheaper, but compared to what I was expecting, it wasn’t bad at all. It made the order feel worth it, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Easy site, but low stock"
The site was easy to use overall, but a lot of the Guinness stuff I was actually looking for was out of stock. It got a little frustrating after spending time browsing, if that makes sense. Hopefully they restock things a bit faster next time.

"Waited too long for a shirt that felt fake"
I was frustrated by how long I had to wait for this shirt to show up, and once it finally arrived, it didn’t even feel legit. The material and overall quality just didn’t seem official at all. Definitely not what I was expecting.

"Missed the Birthday"
I ordered this thinking it would get here in time for a birthday gift, but it showed up too late. It was frustrating because the timing was the whole reason I bought it, and it kind of felt like the delivery estimate was made to get the sale more than to be realistic.

I ordered a personalized Guinness glass as a gift, i wasn’t totally sure how it would turn out. I kept wondering if the engraving might look a bit cheap or if the name would somehow be wrong, but it actually looked really clean and was spelled correctly. It was packed well too, which was a relief. In person it felt like a proper gift, not something rushed, and my brother really loved it.

My order did make it to Canada without any issues, so no complaints there. I was just expecting it to arrive a bit sooner than it did. Overall, everything was fine, but the delivery was slower than I had in mind

"Pretty close, but the color threw me off"
I got what I ordered, it was mostly like the pictures. The size was right, the design was right, so that part was fine. But the color? Yeah, that was a little different in person, and I don’t know why it’s so hard for product photos to show the actual shade. It’s not a huge deal and I’m not mad about it, but I did expect it to match a bit better.

"Wet box and dented cans"
The box showed up wet and a bunch of the cans were dented, which was really disappointing. I also kept having to deal with repeated verification during the process, which just made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and had to swap it out. the whole exchange was straightforward. Support got back to me with clear info, I sent the item back, and the new one showed up faster than I expected. No big headache or runaround, which I really Appreciate. I’d definitely order from guinnesswebstore again.

"Refund process felt dragged out"
I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been taking way longer than it should. At this point it kind of feels like they’re hoping I’ll just stop following up, which is really frustrating. I just want the money back without having to keep chasing them.
